The usual reason for this is your computer came with a free trial
version of Office 2007 Home and Student Edition, which is for
non-commercial use only, and you did not uninstall the free trial
version before installing your purchased version of Office 2007.

To check a VISTA computer for viruses and possibly remove them, try the following:

Start>RUN>Type the letters MRT and press enter.

This takes a few minutes and can be ran in the background as you work.

Also, make sure to use Windows Defender for a more in depth checkup.
